    Hi Jimmy,

    I need help with eating enough . I’ve completed Insanity before and I don’t think I ate enough then. I just started second month and its not that I can’t keep up but I start to feel my fuel fading mid workout.

    Hello, Im on my 7th week of insanity and have been taking shakeology. I have energy and feel good the entire workout but have been feeling bloated.
