Excuses or Success? You Can Only Choose One

Are you better than your excuses?

My buddy, and fellow Beachbody Coach, Chris Balmert absolutely nails it with this video about some real life excuses he’s heard from people on why they can’t get started working towards their goals. At the end of the day, you have to choose whether you’re willing to put in the work to get what you want or you’re okay just giving an excuse. You just have to ask yourself if your future, your dream, is worth an excuse?

You know, I’m just…tired.

Well eating healthy is hard because I don’t know how to cook.

Tomorrow’s my early day so I have to get up early and…

I want to work out, but I don’t want to get all jacked, you know?

You know what? Walking Dead is on!

We’re not supposed to start on Tuesday so I should probably just wait until Monday.

Am I just gonna eat salad or what?

I’m in my car a lot so I’m driving a lot, you know?

My ceiling is low…

I need heavy weight so I can’t work out until I get more weight.
