Let others help you stay on track
So I slept in this morning.
Family was already ramped up and I was behind the curve from the second I stepped foot into our kitchen.
If I don’t get up first thing in the morning, I have a really hard time motivating myself to do my workout. This morning I knew there were people waiting for me to post in my Insanity Facebook group that I did my workout. That’s why I need a workout community!
People don’t want to be a part of a group because they don’t want to let people down. They ask, “What if I fail?” Or they say, “I’d rather just do it on my own.” That’s just giving yourself an out.
Find a community and you’re far more likely to stick to a workout routine.
