Unless you live on Mars, you’ve probably heard of Shaun T’s amazing Insanity Workout program. Either you’ve been sucked into the sexy infomercial, seen the amazing success stories online, or you know someone that is doing Insanity.
I have good news for those that want to take the Insanity Workout Challenge but aren’t sure if they are ready to take the plunge, or for those who love Insanity and want to add a new challenge to your library.
Without further adieu, here are my 2 Brand New Insanity Workout Reviews!
The first new Insanity Workout DVD is called Sanity Check: “Not-So-Crazy” Workout. I was so excited when I heard about this workout because I am contacted daily by people that are using my Free Insanity Tips with 2 concerns:
1. Those saying that they really want to try Insanity but they are frustrated because physically they just aren’t ready for such an intense program.
2. Those that have taken the Insanity Challenge only to have to stop because of some sort of injury usually due to improper form.
Insanity Sanity Check is a perfect solution for both camps! Shaun’s ‘not-so-crazy’ workout shows you how to perform the basic Insanity moves, and build a foundation to form and control so you can maximize your results with the full 60 day Insanity Challenge.
It is a 26 minute workout. Original Insanity cast members Tania & Chris return in this round to help you perfect your form. Most of the moves you will recognize from the full Insanity DVDs.

Do it every day for 1 week prior to taking the Fit Test and starting your Insanity 60-Day Challenge will give you a perfect foundation to Dig Deeper than you ever have before.

The second DVD in our New Insanity Workout Reviews is Insanity Fast and Furious Abs. Many Insanity fans love Shaun T’s original Insanity Fast and Furious DVD that allows you to get a full Insanity workout in only 20 minutes.
Well Shaun has topped himself with the new Insanity Fast and Furious Abs. The packaging claims to give you ‘Insane Abs in 15 minutes’. Good news! This workout is actually only 13 minutes and 40 seconds! It features Insanity Workout Cast Members Chris and Tania. They are joined by Insanity Asylum Volume 2 veteran Scott. They are the perfect combination to try and keep up with Shaun T during this insane workout!
Are you scared? You should be! This is about 14 minutes of pure unadulterated Shaun T craziness. There is NO WARM UP for this DVD! So make sure you are warmed up first. The workout is 1 full minute of each of the following exercises:
- 1-2-3 Heisman
- Ski Abs
- Stance Jacks
- Floor Switch Kicks
- Power Knees
- Floor Sprints
- Power Jumps
- Oblique Knees
- Knee Taps
- Wide In & Out Abs
This suicide circuit is followed by a brief cool down for your overheated muscles! I recommend adding this DVD to the end of your regular Insanity Workout so your body is nice and warm.
It may sound insane, but you know if you want Shaun T abs, you have to do something crazy. This truly is a 45-minute workout crammed into less than 15 minutes! Now that IS crazy. I dare you to try it and comment on my Facebook Page how you did.
