For Anyone Who’s Ever Felt Bad About Their Body

What it’s like to not love your body…

It’s so incredibly easy to key in on the things we don’t like about our body and that makes us…well, us! You see how other people look and wish that you could have their body type and jealousy rears its ugly head. It happens. Our own mental picture of our body image affects all of us, guys and girls alike, and sometimes it’s all you can think about when you look in the mirror, but here’s the deal…that’s just one thing among the infinite things that makes you you.

I hit on this subject before with in a previous post about not being a slave to the scale and it’s still true.

You are so much more than your weight or your pants size or your height or your body type.

I know it’s easier said than done (believe me, I’ve been there) but love your body! It’s yours! Own it!
