Month 2 Of INSANITY MAX:30
Hello! Jimmy here with an update on the loose skin situation, so it’s still there and here and if you all can see all those top ones, but the right lighting is killer. You know this loose skin here, this hangover from my 100 pound weight loss that’s still there and it’s still takes the right light and my abs there but the wrong lights and my abs are gone.
The nice thing is when I get in certain positions, I can see my core is getting stronger and I am learning to live with that. So we still have 3 weeks to go and so who knows, this could tighten up. It’s frustrating sometimes because I can only see my abs in the right light but I know I am getting stronger and things are good, and I know that I am not defined whether I have a visible six pack for everybody to see.

Six muscles don’t define you
I know my fitness, and fitness isn’t somebody’s fitter than me because they have visible six pack, I learned that long time ago. I learned that while shooting the original Insanity DVD’s; there were people there that had better six packs better than me that took lot of breaks.
So this is just for my people out there that don’t have visible six packs all the time or for those of you who are a lot like me who have lost substantial amount of weight and our moms out there that are dealing with mommy stomach issues.

But you can get crazy fit, and don’t let people define how fit you are about whether or not you got those six muscles popping because you know what? I put my shoulders, my arms, and my gluts up against anybody and so take pride in those things and highlight your muscles and don’t be defined by the things, or what other people say about whether or not you are fit.
Month 2: I’m loving it and we have more time, max out!
