As a featured cast member in the Shaun T Insanity Workout DVDs, I am often asked questions via my Twitter and Facebook accounts about the program all the time. What is it like to work with Shaun T? How did you get cast in the DVDs? What are you always smiling during those crazy squats? But one question comes up more than any other question:
How do I get an Insanity T-shirt?
It isn’t about mastering the nutrition plan. It’s not about form. Not even about everyone’s love/hate relationship with Power Jumps! It’s always about that stinkin’ t-shirt! In my quest to listen and give you what you ask for, here it is! Exactly how to get your Insanity t-shirt!
1. You have to actually DO the INSANITY workout in its entirety!
Yep! If you are going to wear and Insanity t-shirt that says ‘I Earned It!’ you have to do the work! Lots of people get excited to start, but seeing through the full 60 days of Insanity can be very daunting! I have found those that plug into a support system have a much higher rate of finishing! If you could use the extra support email us and ask when our next Insanity Workout Support Group is starting.

2. You must take Insanity workout before and after pictures!
This one is huge! So many of my clients in our Insanity Support Group don’t want to take their before picture. I tell them to take it even though they don’t want to. They don’t have to show it to anyone. Look at it on those days you don’t want to workout. Consider it your ‘Good Bye’ photo because it’s the last time you will ever look that way! What an exciting thought! Here is a quick video showing you the best way to take your before and after photos.
3. You must provide a proof of purchase for your Insanity Workout DVDs.
To get your free Insanity t-shirt you must provide one of the following proofs of purchase:
- Your receipt
- Your packing slip
- Your picture with the INSANITY kit
- Your Credit Card Statement
4. Last but not least you need to submit the form to get your Free Insanity t-shirt
