Why I’m Doing CrossFit

I finished my first round of Power 90 over 10 years ago. I’ve been a Beachbody Coach for just over 9 years. I was in the Insanity DVDs 7 years ago. I was in the PiYo DVDs 2 years ago. Needless to say, I’ve been around the block when it comes to Beachbody workouts. They are still challenging and get results, but I’m starting to get into CrossFit because I’ve always wanted to try it ever since I first heard about it. It’s my next mountain to climb.
