Most people who decide to embark on 90 days of Tony Horton’s P90X, do so with weight loss as their primary goal.  But as they look thru the 12 DVDs that come with the program many people are concerned with the perceived lack of ‘traditional’ cardio in P90X.  That is a very popular crticisim of the Kenpo routine in particular, but I am here to tell you that P90X Kenpo can be as effective a cardio routine as anything you will find in Shaun T’s INSANITY or Chalene Johnson’s TURBO FIRE, as long as you have this one Secret Ingredient.
