Shaun T Explains Maxing Out
Hey what’s up everybody so I know you guys are digging deep, your maxing out but I just want to give you guys quick little tutorial on what MAXING OUT is. So you guys can number go through the process and number two you can talk about it once its released, so people really have a clear idea and I’ll do the same thing. You can share this video once it’s released.
So when it comes to jumps and how to Max out – I am not gonna jump to high, I have on high tops – but if you’re doing power jumps, this is consistent this is it, you’re moving, you’re moving. The minute you have to go (bend over blow out) you’ve maxed out! Consistency over time equals trust so if you’re consistent over time, you can go on, the minute you had to stop, it faltered!
Same thing with the push-ups because I want you to go all the way down and all the way up, I’ll do triceps push up because everybody does them wrong. Chest to the ground and up, chest to ground and up see how I am locking my elbows, but the minute I do like this (struggling to push up – knees touch the ground), I’ve max out! It has to be consistent. So that is for us, so we could go through, we can really get the best results.
Take the Challenge – INSANITY MAX:30 Let’s MAX Out!
Now don’t get it twisted, I struggled too, like I am not saying that I have perfect form all the time but it’s just really about – like if you max out in four minutes , then you’ve maxed out in four minutes. Be proud to be maxed out at four minutes, like I max out in 9 minutes yesterday. I need to hold my breath, I must mention that you don’t breath while I talk see, make sure you breathe. So just go for it max out, push yourself, full range of motion and I promise the results will be so much better than if you did push-ups like this and if you jump like this. It’s not gonna work do the best you can do we are in this together and as I always say – peace out!
