Jimmy: Hello from Italy! We’re here on the street having a beer – that is not Shakeology that is not recovery – that’s a beer. We’re celebrating my friend Chris here who just hit another milestone in his business and what I love most about having out with the Reeds is that I love the fact that his story is, you pretty much shared that this week’s scam even after you signed up right?
Chris: yep
Jimmy: You outta let everybody know that doesn’t know you what’s your background
Chris: So I was a cop for 17 years and I was a cop for about 14-15 years, when I decided to become a coach and knew that it was up to me to succeed and it was legit – that I was going to be able to do it, but I also thought there was a pretty strong possibility that I was going to end up with a garage full of stuff that I didn’t want. But, it turns out it was legit and it was life changing and now we’re sitting here in Italy.

Jimmy: He’s been telling us about some amazing cop-battle stories and I talked to a police officer in New York City not long ago and was just telling of the crazy hours and shifts have. He’s like, “How do I have time to build this when I’m working overnights?” He’s getting home and he’s literally doing his “Body Beast Workouts” at 3 o’clock in the morning just to get that in. What do you tell somebody like that who has those crazy schedules, cause you were talking about getting home in the morning and you’re getting the kids up; Chris how did you find the time?
Chris: You know I made the time and I made it important to me and I realized I had to make a sacrifice with some things that I was doing whether it was video games or softball or whatever it is that you do in some of the discretionary time; you have to change that and put some sacrifice in to where you sacrifice then so you can do cool things like this.

Chris:I worked crazy hours too and again for my cops and firefighter friends and paramedics and those guys, you know I loved my job but the thing about it was that I did have to work the crazy hours, I did have to work weekends, I did have to work holidays, and my kids birthdays and when I saw this – what really made me chase this was that I will never have to ask somebody again whether or not I can go to my kids birthday because I’m gonna be my own boss!
Jimmy: Yea and I think that is so key! You know Kelly was the main breadwinner in our family and she had the career but anytime I had a job, I was on somebody else’s schedule. Life’s too short to be on somebody else’s schedule and you kinda heard the old adage that, “You either get busy building your dream or you spend your entire life building someone else’s” and I didn’t get that for the longest time and you really are! The fact that I can be here, and my paycheck this week is not gonna suffer any.

Jimmy: I’m gonna get back to work but I have this opportunity to not only travel with my wife, but some of my best friends are people I’ve met in this opportunity so I just wanted to make this quick video; maybe you’ve been on the edge, watching our pictures and you’re like, “Wow that’s great! That’s for those people!” We were the people saying that same thing about other people and every day you decide not to get started is a day further away from this and I’m saying if the four of us can do this, with really no pedigree for success in something like this or fitness, so can you but it only happens if you get started.
Jimmy: Thanks for following us, keeping popping in on the pictures and we’ll talk soon!
