Hey everyone! I wanted to take a moment to share this Periscope I did over the weekend because making time for your rest days is just as important as putting in the work in the gym. If you’re depriving your body of valuable rest time, you’re sabotaging your growth and weight loss goals. Listen to your body. If it’s telling you to rest, shut it down and take it easy. There’s no shame in it. You’ll feel so much better after resting that you’ll be able to jump right back in with both feet the next day. Trust me, it’s worth it.

Dream big, act small is my new mantra. What do I mean by it? I’m glad you asked. I’ve talked to thousands of people over the last 8 years as a Coach and I keep hearing how hard it is for them to hit their goals. Whether it’s a weight loss, training, or business development goal, it just stays out of their reach or they lose steam along the way.
