How to Getting Back on Track With Your Fitness Goals
What’s up Facebook? It is another spontaneous live stream by yours truly, Coach Jimmy, which means we’ve got to get the jams on first. It is almost five o’clock here, which is usually quitting time for a lot of people, really a weird time to do Facebook Live actually because there’s a lot of a people commuting right now, but I’m trying to be more consistent with these.
Sometimes I try to do in the morning. There for a while you guys jumped on with me every morning at 9AM and we may be getting back to that, but lately schedules been a little different on my side. I at least wanted to jump in once a day, share a topic that was on my heart, and really give you an opportunity to ask questions as well because I just want to make myself more available to you. I’m so thankful that you follow, I’m so thankful that you plug in to the content that we’re creating here on Facebook and on YouTube.
Thank you Megan. As you guys know, I came down with a little strep throat yesterday, feeling better. You know my antibiotics and steroids shot kicking in, but I have missed my workout the past two days which sparked kind of what this topic is about. So if you’ve ever struggled with really getting off track because you missed one workout or you missed a couple workouts for a couple days, I will encourage you to share this live stream to your timeline for me real quick and tag somebody else you know needs to hear this because I just really want to talk this through. It’s something in my nine years of being a health and fitness coach that I see come up over and over again and some things that I see even from veteran fitness people that they do that I don’t get.
I want to debunk some myths and before we get started, I’m going to let you know I’m not a trainer.
This is just in the years of being around fitness professionals and trainers and really listening and learning from them. People like Shaun T, Tony Horton, and Chalene Johnson. If you’re missing it because you’re sick, Andy, that’s different, but you can still control your nutrition and we’re going to talk about that.
Picking Yourself Back Up
So you know we’re talking a little bit about when illness comes in or an injury comes in and some people just like…for me, I’ve missed the past two days getting over an illness. I’m trying to be smart and let my body heal. I really had every intention to work out today because my throat’s not as sore and swollen just after one day on antibiotics, but I could still feel my energy level is just a bit low.
So, but if you’re really sick or you’re really injured then your body needs that energy to heal. So there’s no reason to feel like a failure because you’re missing your workouts if you’re sick or if you’re injured, if you’re really sick and you’re really injured.
You know, Tony Horton used to tell me all the time that if the bottom is broken, work the top. If the top’s broken work the bottom. If they’re both broke, work the middle. If you can’t work anything, then you better like lock in your nutrition. You know, I have people that can’t work out because I sprained an ankle. Well that’s kind of bullshit because you could sit in a chair and do P90X back and biceps or shoulders and arms or something like that. There’s always something you can do if it’s an injury situation.
I know people that have done P90X and Body Beast from wheelchairs before. So that’s a little different issue, but really what I want to talk about today…and thank you guys for popping in and thank you guys for tagging your friends here and sharing on your own timelines…is I see people that literally missed one workout because they got busy. They put it off to the end of the day, the kids wouldn’t cooperate, the spouse wouldn’t cooperate, and that’s really what I’m talking about right now that you missed a workout and what I get all the time is, “Oh, Jimmy.” You know let’s say they do it sixty days of Insanity and they miss a day or they miss two days and like, “Should I just start all the way over or should I make up for the day that I did or should I do a double the next day?”
And I really don’t see the point in that.
I see this with veteran coaches all the time in fitness people I know. “Oh, I missed yesterday so I need to do two workouts today.” Okay, I really don’t see the point and if you’re in a routine where you’re doing doubles…so like let’s go something like P90X. There is a routine P90X called doubles where you lift in the morning and you do a cardio routine in the afternoon.
Not talking to those people.
Don’t Double Up
Talking to people that hey you’re doing Max30 or you’re running once a day or you’re going to a yoga class or something. Speaking of, I have to give myself a note to look something up that I’ve forgotten earlier today. So they make up for missing by doing two workouts the next day.
You’re never going to make up for that missed work out.
You may work out harder the next day, but it’s still a work out.
So I think chasing that missed work out, sometimes it’s just a fallacy. Is there any damage in, “Okay, I did two Max30 work outs,”? No, not necessarily, as long as they were quality, but if you get so tired that the second one shit and your form is bad and you’re just fighting through, then that’s not going to do you any good. So I don’t really believe in like making up a work out. So what will I do this week?
So I missed yesterday and today. So I’m going to adjust wherever my off day was going to be. So let’s say I miss lifting days yesterday and today and sometimes I reserve the weekends for yoga or to go run. I’m probably going to do those lifting routines this weekend to “make up” for not lifting this week or I will lift and maybe go for a short jog afterwards. So maybe that’s a normal routine for me. A lot of the times I will lift and go run after my lift anyway, so that’s just it’s really a normal day for me.
I never understand the people that want to start all the way over because they missed one or two days.
I say, “No, pick it back up!” I might look at it as you’re climbing a mountain and sometimes when you’re climbing a mountain, let’s say you’re trying to go to the top of Everest, something happens and you’ve got to make a base camp here. So you started here and you’re right here and had a bigger base camp at one time. So just because you made a base camp doesn’t mean you have to start back over the bottom of the mountain. You made this base camp. Something happened, you had to take a pause, and you pick up from where you were at base camp to keep going because you’ve made some progress.
Don’t Sabotage Yourself
What happens every time we talk about starting over or falling off the wagon, not only am I talking about physical, it creates this giant mental hurdle with us that, “Oh, shit. I got to go back over and do day one again!” Now, let’s say you get through day one to four and this pattern keeps happening. Well then you’re going to build this big mental block up in your head that, “Man, I can never get past day 4. I always crap out on the weekend.” But let’s say you get to day four and I missed day five and I missed a couple days but on day six or day seven, I just pick up on day five and keep going.
Then I continue my progress. I’m not making this big mountain out of a molehill. So many people get off track with so many things in life because they just waste too much time feeling guilty or beating themselves up about something.
Nobody does any of these programs perfect.
Nobody’s health and fitness regimen is a thousand one hundred per cent all the time, yet people get into this thing and think they have to be perfect or it’s not worth it at all.
Something is Better Than Nothing
I talked with this person the other day I went on a run. Not long ago it was 103 degrees outside. It was the most miserable two miles of my life. I think I was doing like a 10 minute mile so I might as well been walking and I was like, “Well, this sucked!” and then when I said but if I only counted…but you know I did more than that person that was on the couch that didn’t do anything that day. I did something.
You know if you went into an hour long P90X workout and you got thirty minutes in and had to stop, that’s thirty more minutes than that person keeps talking about starting and never getting started. So I think that we are always so quick to like focus on the negative and everybody’s so quick to beat themselves up and feel guilty and the same amount of energy and time it takes to feel guilty and to beat yourself up is the exact same amount of time you could use to get back on track and get rolling again.
I say this all the time to my team when I’m talking business training, and this goes along with fitness because I think that fitness and business tie in hand in hand, is the only difference between successful people and not successful people, and what I mean by successful people is long term do some amazing things in their life, it’s not that successful people don’t mess up, don’t have off days, don’t fall off the wagon. It’s just that they correct quicker, they don’t waste the next three days feeling guilty about the one messed up day.
They’re like, “Damn it! I messed up,” and they get back on and they plug back, hopefully they’re plugged into a support community. I think that’s what makes the people that work with us different because they’re not trying to do this on their own. They know that it’s a safe place of no judgment they come and say, “Hey, I really messed up.” We’re going to wrap our arms around them and say, “Hey, it’s okay. Get back on the wagon.” We’re going to push them back up like, “Let’s go.”
Seek Out Support
But so many people try to do this by themselves or what I see a big mistake within our support groups. Let’s say somebody messes up and instead of coming to the group, coming back to the group, and admitting they messed up or saying that they’re struggling, their pride gets the best of them and they think, “Oh, I’m going to remove from the group and go fix this on my own because I don’t want to tell. I don’t want that let the group know that I’ve messed up,” and I think that’s a huge mistake as well because the minute you unplug yourself from the battery, from the support group, it’s just easier to get harder and harder on yourself.
It’s easier to go into that dark place, that self-beating up place.
So yeah, you totally have to forgive yourself and get back on it. Just know that this is…you know, I had somebody say this once, “It’s not P90X, it’s not sixty days of insanity, it’s P lifetime X,” and I use that maybe you’re not doing P90X or Crossfit or running or Zumba, whatever you’re doing.
Just embrace it as this is a long haul and even if you do something a short like the 21 Day Fix. You may have a hiccup in those twenty one days. That’s okay. You don’t have to start all over, quit being so hard on yourself, you’re still doing more.
So of course you are Kelly. Why aren’t we working together?
I love when friends of mine from forever go, “Hey, I’m doing what you’re doing now, but I did talk to you about it.” That’s great guys. Congratulations! Let me know if I can help in any way. Brilliant.
So you know this is lifetime right? This is lifetime. I’ve been a coach for nine years, I’ve been doing these programs now for twelve (thirteen almost), and I’ve had ebbs and flows in this. You know good days, bad days, sickness, injuries, vacations. I mean I remember those times that I’ve taken two weeks vacations and just been a wreck, but I get back on! It’s just like there’s just not time to feel guilty and beat yourself up.
Own Your Mistakes
There’s no productivity that comes out of that and I tell my team all the time that there’s just no time for Eyores. The, “Thanks for noticing me,” like just raise your hand and say, I’ve messed up,” and we’re going to go, “Cool. We’re here to wrap our arms around you and get you back on track. We’re going to talk positivity in you. We’re going to build you up.”
And so that’s really what it’s about. It’s not about, “Oh, shit. I missed yesterday’s so I have to do two workouts today.” If you choose to, great, but it’s just not…you’re not going to make up for the missed day. You just aren’t. Doing that extra work out doesn’t erase the missed day. So I guess the reason for popping on here and wanting to talk about this is just…if I were you, I would just pop back on in like if you missed day five, then on day six you do for day five. Your 21 Day Fix just became 22 days. Your 60 days of insanity just became 61.
But that’s what I would say.
What other questions do you guys have sparked about this? Yeah and I don’t know if this is Jake or if it’s Shelly but whichever it is, I really appreciate that. So you know you guys being a part of The Crew and being in there. It always makes me feel good about, what our group’s doing is helping. You know we work really hard to create a really supportive private Facebook group and those of you don’t know or are looking for it…maybe you’re listening to this and you’re like, “Man, I don’t have a support system Jimmy.”
I’m going to encourage you to reach out to me and leave me a message because that’s what I do you know is create the support system.
People go, “Jimmy, how did you lose 100 pounds and how have you kept it off for over ten years?” I never would have had any of the results that I’ve had, had it not been for a support community.
Four Pillars to Success in Fitness
If i tried to do this by myself, I probably would’ve given up a thousand times, but…because growing up I did. Growing up a heavy, overweight, 100 pound overweight kid. It wasn’t like Beachbody stuff was the first thing I ever tried. Many, I tried and quit a thousand things growing up. I had that ab roller, I had all this other gimmicky shit, I even had a gym memberships. I was the guy that would literally go to the gym with the Men’s Health magazines trying to do the one the workout in the middle.
I didn’t have a plan.
I didn’t have a guide.
I didn’t have a nutrition plan.
Pillar #1: Fitness
I just didn’t have the support and I really think that if in long term results when it comes to fitness, there’s four pillars to success. Right and so if you’re taking notes or anything, you want to know this. Four pillars to long term success. It’s fitness with a plan, not just I’m walking into the gym every day. It’s amazing to me, the people I see in the in the gym that they just kind of fiddle fart around for an hour and kind of do a little machine here, a little machine there, or they’re just going to walk on the treadmill every day and they wonder why they don’t get results. Because they don’t have a plan, like a full out professional plan laid out for them.
Pillar #2: Nutrition
And so fitness, number one. Nutrition. Do you have a meal plan? Do you know what you’re eating? I get people all the time like, “I eat clean!” and I am like, “Send me an example,” and it’s not. Do you have something that’s been specifically tailored to you and your goals to follow involving…you know somebody else in here was talking about that they have problem with their immune system and like literally, even talking as a guy who is battling strep throat right now, I maybe get sick once a year. Maybe.
I just really chalked it up to the fact that I’ve been drinking Shakeology for five years now, six years now, whatever it’s been, once a day. In fact, I still have to have mine today which is a good reminder. So for me, getting in really dense nutrition like something like…who gave me the mad face? So, we’re going back to the pillars. Fitness, nutrition, support. So are you part of a community that you’re going to allow to hold you accountable? That you’re going to come and say, “These are my goals.”
I think I’m going to be back on the wagon tomorrow, back in the workouts. We’ll see how my body feels tonight.
Pillar #3: Support
So support and you can talk to anybody on my team in here, and there’s a lot of them on here, about the role that our groups and the support have played in their long term results. Somebody like Kimmie who has amazing results or Carla who’s drop sixty pounds. And these people that like dropped the weight and kept it off.
It isn’t yo-yo. It isn’t back and forth and they’ve made a lifestyle of this. I would go on a limb and say that the support and being a part of the community probably played a really big role in this because while a lot of these people are doing these workouts by themselves at home or by themselves in a gym, it’s having a support community to plug into that’s really key.
Pillar #4: Rewards
So we got fitness, nutrition, support, and the last one being rewards and what I mean by rewards? Rewards could be as simple as having somebody else cheer you on, having somebody else say, “Chick, you look awesome in that dress,” or “Wow the jeans fit,” or, “Wow, your ass look fantastic right now!” That’s one way of rewards.
It could be something like submitting their results to the Beachbody Challenge where the Beachbody Challenge literally gives people money for the before and after pictures. When I was first getting started, I won $500 one month for my before and after. My buddy, Tommy, won $25,000 for his transformation. Knowing that you could be part of a contest like that is great and the other part of rewards are those people who decide to be a coach with us.
Doesn’t mean that they’re even at the end of their fitness journey. They just see a value in number one, getting a discount on these products, but then knowing that as they’re on their fitness journey and they’re inspiring other people, this is what really my stuff took off, my fitness results got better as I became a Beachbody Coach even though I wasn’t at my after photo yet. There really is no finish line guys and I tell you that I work harder on my fitness now than I did in the beginning.
Stop Waiting
Everybody’s like, “I’m going to wait till I’m fit! I can’t learn to do the business stuff until I lose twenty pounds!” That’s just not true. I have coaches of all shapes and sizes that are inspiring and help the other people in the midst of their journey and earning income for that. So there is something to be said about getting paid for working out that keeps you on track. It keeps me on track. I know that!
I’m drinking my Shakeology every day, I’m doing my workouts on a regular basis because I want to be an example for the people that I’m coaching as well. It doesn’t mean that I have to be a trainer, it doesn’t mean I have to have abs to my chin, and doesn’t mean any of that, but so many people think, “Oh, I got to be this fit.”
I literally had somebody today that says, “I don’t know if can join your team. I don’t look like a bikini model,” and I’m like, “I don’t even if we have any bikini models on my team.” Yeah, brother. Perfect example. Like specifically our team I think is one of the most varied teams you would ever find. We’re half men, half women, we are ages of all. I mean some teams really have a look to them, I don’t think ours does. Sometimes we call The Crew the Island of Misfit Toys because we have all shapes and sizes, we’ve got stay at home moms, we have executives, and we have nurses and doctors and actors and musicians.
Shit, what else am I thinking of?
We have personal trainers there, so there are some fitness people in there, we have executives and lawyers and real estate agents and mortgage people and these aren’t people that all jumped off the cover of Men’s Health magazine by any shape or form, but I will tell you…I mean for those of you that are on my team that are part of The Crew, is the financial part of this, does that motivate you on the days you don’t feel like working out? Because sometimes, I post a sweaty selfie after my work out on the day I don’t feel like it and finally that friend of mine that’s been watching me for 3 weeks finally reaches out to get started. Not only does it reward you emotionally because you’re actually helping a friend get started on something, but you’re also creating some extra security for you and your family.
Learn About What I Do
Like to me that’s just…and there’s a lot of other companies, a lot of other things, but what I do just feels it has all the answers. It’s the complete thing. Fitness, nutrition, support, and rewards. It’s like a table. If you’re missing one of the legs, the table teeters and it just doesn’t work long term.
So if this is made sense to you and you’re like, “Jimmy, I’d love to work with you. I would love to quit these yo-yo, on and off again.” I’m encouraging you, you can go…I do a webinar, where I talk about what I do, how it works, and that they’re up on consistent basis. Go to JoinCoachJimmy.com and sign up for a 30 minute webinar and you just learn more.
Before you say yes or no to something, you might as well educate yourself and I totally understand it’s not for everybody, but why wouldn’t you at least learn about it to where you can say, “No, I was right. That isn’t for me,” instead of just assuming something.
You can feel free to message me here on my Facebook page. I usually try to respond within 24 hours, you can imagine those get pretty full. That’s why I usually encourage people to go to the webinar because most of the questions they have are answered on the webinar, but you absolutely can message me here on my Facebook page.
I just want to take the next couple minutes before I go get ready for dinner or something. Questions! Either about this topic or something else that sparked while I was talking about this and while you guys are starting to pop in your questions. I just really want to say thank you for all the thumbs up, the likes, those of you that are sharing this on your personal timeline and saying, “Jump in. Listen to coach Jimmy,” this is why you know I find you. Those of you that even tagging friends saying, “Check this out, I think this is really something you need to hear today,” as a way to pay it forward and encourage your friends, your loved ones, I really appreciate that.
The fact that I got to connect with a friend from many moons ago, Kelly, that’s awesome. Thank you for being on here as well let’s chat soon. I actually I don’t know if you’re still in Orlando or still in Florida, we will be there for like almost two weeks in November.
Questions! Come on, you’ve got to ask questions. That’s one of the reasons I just pop on here everyday so I can answer some questions.
Yes, we have tech geeks as well, as Christy puts it. Oh, only one share. I’m going to share to my personal page then now I’m looking at my desktop here. In fact, we do an incentive trip for our top coaches and we’re taking them to Disney this year. It’s going to be pretty bad ass. We’re staying in the Treehouse Villas at Saratoga Springs. Which is funny, in my two years at Disney I’ve never been there. Awesome.
It’s a Lifetime Committment
No questions? Are you people serious?! Even my team? If you’re on my team or your coach those either coaches, I’m doing a live training the Saturday morning and its open to people on or off my team. You can literally go to and I’ll type in right here, Live Beachbody Coach Training at PlaybookLive.com, so I put that there in the comments for you. But I will be spending two and a half hours on Saturday morning teaching you everything I know that has allowed us to create a seven figure business that has led my wife to retire from her job, allows us to stay at home with our two kids, and be completely debt free.
It doesn’t happen overnight.
It isn’t a quick fix.
It isn’t a get rich quick scheme, but it literally is the fundamentals in everything that I know to do in this business to create something long term.
I don’t know…you can ask somebody like Kimmie who’s been on there before. I don’t pull any punches. I don’t sugar-coat anything. I tell you the exact honest truth of what it takes to build this business. If you’re really interested in that so that you just go to PlaybookLive.com to register for that. As of right this minute, up to the second, there are 737 people that are already registered for this. So I think last time we had 1,300 register. Well over 4,000 coaches have been through this training before and what’s amazing to me is the people that activate this stuff and the people that don’t. That I volunteer my time and I had a select few group of people at Summit…Kelly were you at Summit? Did we miss each other there? That would have been pretty cool.
Over 25,000 people there so it would be easy to miss each other.
But the people that activate this and those that don’t. They’re people that have sat through this training of mine multiple times and their businesses haven’t moved at all. There’s people that came up to me at Summit that said to me, “I went through your three hour training and I went Diamond in a week and I’m now a five star diamond working on getting my wife to two star using your training.”
You know that’s just one of the most bizarre things about…and I don’t do that just like ego myself up and brush my shoulders off. It’s just saying because there’s times I question myself as a leader when I don’t see my coaches progressing and I’m like, “Maybe, I’m not training them well enough,” but then I have people in other teams go, “Jimmy, I listen to your stuff and I activated it and my business is blown up.”
So for me…absolutely Kelly. If you’re available Saturday morning, jump in and this is perfect for new coaches. So, in fact, I have a coach that just signed up this week and he’s like, “I’m jumping in.” You know that I think the two best things you can do as a new coach is either get to a live event like a Super Saturday or Summit or jump into something like this.
Learn the Basics of Being a Coach
Coach basics is great and going through these training things on Facebook they give you like a little nugget of time but I really think there’s something magical about a classroom style setting, immersion, where you can ask questions to the professor. So I’ll be doing that, but if I could figure out the magic of why certain people activate and certain people just keep telling me what they’re going to do, I’d be a rich man. If I could figure out what flips that switch and what doesn’t, and I’m staring at people on here that have activated and are doing awesome and I’m staring at people on here that keep telling me about what they’re going to do.
You know I want success for everybody. I do and I think that some people think, “Oh, the people that are activating, they got some extra secret information from Jimmy,” but I give everybody the same training. It’s the same stuff. It’s just not sexy. It’s just like doing a round the P90X.,
I used to try to do everything for my Coaches, but I realized if I get you help on P90X and I came over to your house and did the push ups for you, who gets fitter? Me or you? Me and so if I kept doing all the work for my Coaches, I just became a better coach, but my coaches weren’t growing in their confidence and that’s really what I try to do with these trainings. Just lay it out and then I always tell them at the end, “The person that goes messes this up the first, wins. Not the person that takes it and contemplates and plans and I hate the flipping word process.”
“I’m going to process this.” That’s just another bullshit way of not taking action on something. “Processing.” “I am overwhelmed.” These are phrases, if you sit in with me on Saturday morning, that you’ll hear that just drive me nuts.
Take Action Today
It’s a matter of taking action. There is no perfect time. There’s no perfect situation. There’s not a perfect script. I’m not going to tell you the magic word to have everybody say yes to you to join your business or to always get the best results because people tell me no all the time. I had three guys last week say yes I’m ready to sign up right now and I gave them the links and they still have vanished. I’m just like…one decided to go sign up somebody else, like researched me, and they decided to go sign up with somebody else. I’m always amazed people would say, “Jimmy, well you’re so successful. I thought I would sign with this other coach who didn’t have such a big team.”
And this is the part where my ego is going to get in the way. okay. So you want to tell me you want to sign up with a coach who has no results versus one that you know gets shit done? It’s a business, kids. When I’m paying a mentor or I’m looking for an expert, I’m going to work with the best person because there’s a reason they’re the best person. Because in this business, you don’t climb ranks and you don’t earn income if you don’t get other people results. Right? Like if it’s just me doing this, my business doesn’t grow.
My business only grows when I teach and empower the people to do this. That’s how you create a big business. So right now, I’m working with a few coaches who they’ve got their business down pat. Their next step as a leader is to create duplication within their organization. How do they pay that forward? How do they get action with the people that they’re bringing in?
Nicky. Do you do anything when a ghost tells you to let them go and move on?
I usually follow up two times. Max. Then I say, “Hey, I notice you haven’t responded…” and I give them permission to tell me no I’m like, “I’d rather you just tell me you’re no longer interested than just being disrespectful and ghosting. So if you just take two seconds, let me know real quickly. Should I save this spot for you or should I give it to somebody else who wants my time and attention? If you could just let me know that I’d be really appreciative,” and there are certain people that are still a holes and still ghost. But then I just know.
I’ve been…people like kicking tires and tell me they going to sign up and then ghost and sign up and ghost for like three years or so and it happens to all of us. There’s no magic way to keep…and social media has made people flakier than ever. It’s just so easy to not respond especially like a Facebook message where I can see that you saw the thing I’m like, “Alright, dude.”
Don’t Give Up
I’m just mad that it took my time from somebody else that I could help. Our job is to build up leaders, kick them out of their nest, like my little girl learning to walk right now, and I’ve got to let her fall on her ass a few times, but what’s so amazing with her is that she’ll climb her way up and she’s not sure where to go (a 7 month old) and she’ll fall on her ass and she’ll cry and stuff, but it doesn’t keep her from climbing again. Yet, we as adults like stub our nose when the first person tells us no and we flip out or a Facebook post didn’t work or we have friends get mad. It was, “Oh, you’re involved in that thing? Why you’ve been salesy?” and we let one person’s opinion and we like throw in the towel and so you’ll hear me on Saturday talk about the commitment of being here a year from now.
Look, most you give yourself four years in college. You won’t give this 30 days? Get over it! If you’re not in this for the long haul, quit. Get out now.
I always say if you’ve given yourself a backdoor into this business you might as well go ahead and take it.
So any other questions? My wife is texting me about dinner. What time do you want to eat and am I going to have soup? I probably should have to have soup and not a big fan of soup but my wife made this like magical medicinal soup and I probably should have some.
No questions? Nikki was the only with…Nikki I appreciate your question. Even those I have talked to all the time. If you tell question but it’s good. Thank you for sharing this, thank you for liking it. Hopefully it was helpful.
Do me a favor, like…hey, if you’re in this business, go check on my YouTube. I just posted a brand new video about video tips for people in network marketing.
So if you are a coach or you’re going to be joining me on Saturday, I really encourage you go to my YouTube channel at youtube.com/thecoachJimmy and you will actually see, I’ll show you what it looks like. This one right here is my interview with Sean Cannell of Video Influencers. It’s only two minutes, but I encourage you to go over there. Give me thumbs up, subscribe if you haven’t, and maybe a comment. Okay kids, time to go eat some soup, feel better, and remember, if you missed a workout day, don’t beat yourself up. You don’t have to do three the next day, just get back and do what’s on the calendar the next day.
That’s what I’m going to do tomorrow hopefully.
I do the memory jogger as often as I run out of people to talk to. Most people don’t ever go through and that’s the one thing, Kimmie, people make that list and they don’t go through it. So I’m doing memory jogger and I’m like, “Cool, did you recheck everybody in the last one?” and the ones that they skip are the ones the people that are the most successful, the biggest influencers, because they’re chicken. It’s everybody has a chicken list because of I’m like, “What that person think of me?” and the way I train it is, “I’m not selling. I’m not pitching those people on the list. I’m literally letting them know what I do and is there anybody they know that would want to help with that?”
Sometimes the person on the list says, “Yes, it’s me.” Dude, when Zach Butler, the King of Live Stream jumps on your live stream, that’s a big deal. So this is my ego boost for the day. If you guys are following Zach and you want to know more about live streaming and systems and how to run challenges. Any of you that if you could run a free challenge could build a business, like and again I’m talking my Beachbody Coach friends, if you could run a free challenge and guarantee yourself customers on the back end of that challenge, Zach is the king of that. He has it all mapped out he has this thing down to a science really encouraging go follow him.
I should do a better job of following my own advice and do more free challenge is in fact I need to reach out to Zach because…Zach, you and I need to talk because I have a ton of product that I need to utilize better as free giveaways and I think I could do that in a challenge somewhere, but I never I didn’t bring that up at the last mastermind.
So I’ll find a time to chat with you about that because you know this business so well and you probably have some awesome ideas on how I can leverage the fact that I have like 15 3 day refreshes sitting downstairs that I could give up. YEAH let’s get me challenge. That’s good! That’s good.
So thanks for jumping in. If you catch anything into this, I really encourage you to catch the replay. If you found value in this, please share it on your timeline and let me know if you want to know more about how to work with me. Remember, you can go to JoinCoachJimmy.com, sign up for an upcoming webinars that you learn exactly in thirty minutes how to work with me. If you’re already in my business and you want the free training that I’m doing this Saturday, go to PlaybookLive.com. It will be two and a half hours that I’m just laying it out for FREE training on how we built our business.
So thank you guys for plugging in and I’m off to get some soup and finally kick this strep throat. I think I’m sounding better than I was yesterday. So hopefully this was valuable to you. So thank you guys so much and I’ll talk to you next time. Take care.
