ARE YOU WILLING TO FAIL?

This isn’t the greatest clip of my workouts, but there’s a reason for that. This was taken at the end of an hour long back and chest workout when I didn’t have anything left in the tank. I was completely and utterly spent, but I didn’t stop pushing.

When you think that you’re done and you can’t go on, you have to keep pushing because that’s when you grow.

Growth only occurs when you go beyond your limits and push that bar just a little bit further out, even if it’s only one or two reps further. Never stop pushing.
