You have to be willing to fail in order to succeed. If you never push yourself beyond your limits, you’ll never find out what’s possible. Growth only occurs when you go beyond your limits and push that bar just a little bit further out, even if it’s only one or two reps further. Never stop pushing.
Look, we all start somewhere. We all start for different reasons. Don’t let where you are right now prevent you from getting started.
It doesn’t matter where you start. It doesn’t matter what your dress or pant size is. It doesn’t matter that you don’t have a perfect body or the “right” body type. The only thing that truly matters it that you make the decision to get started and forge on ahead no matter what comes your way.
