A lot of people ask me how I’ve kept off the one hundred pounds I’ve lost and it’s an easy question to answer. Consistency. Before I became Coach Jimmy and built my seven figure home based business, I was just Jimmy Nelson trying to lose some weight and be happier with myself. I didn’t like how I looked or how I felt and I knew that losing weight would be the change I needed to live a happier, more fulfilling life.
