Lifting on an Empty Stomach

So I talked a bit about my eating schedule and lifting on an empty stomach when I went over intermittent fasting and I wanted to flesh it out a little bit more since intermittent fasting has gotten an enormous amount of exposure lately. Plainly put, it really isn’t for everyone. It definitely isn’t a one size fits all nutrition plan and you should really do your research before you go all in.

I was fortunate enough to talk to Sara Solomon at a Marketing Impact Academy conference earlier this year where she broke down the science of intermittent fasting. Surprisingly, I was doing a lot of it naturally and I realized that it’s what has played a big role in keeping my body fat percentage low while I’ve maintained my 100 lbs weight loss for the last 8-9 years.

If you’re wanting to get into intermittent fasting, you should really listen to Sara when she appeared on Chalene Johnson’s podcast.
