At the end of the day, you have to choose whether you’re willing to put in the work to get what you want or you’re okay just giving an excuse. Dream big, act small is my new mantra. What do I mean by it? I’m glad you asked. I’ve talked to thousands of people over the last 8 years as a Coach and I keep hearing how hard it is for them to hit their goals. Whether it’s a weight loss, training, or business development goal, it just stays out of their reach or they lose steam along the way. Naturally, my first question for them after hearing this is, “Well, what’s your goal?” and it’s some pie in the sky goal like losing 100 pounds, making a million dollars by 30, or owning a Ferrari.
