Invest 20 Seconds. It may just change your life!

by Coach Jimmy Hays Nelson This past weekend I had the privilege of being asked to emcee an event in Dallas for over 500 Beachbody Coaches.  If that wasn’t cool enough, the special guest was Beachbody CEO Carl Daikeler.  If it wasn’t for Carl, INSANITY, P90X, and SHAKEOLOGY would have never existed! One Day Maybe

by Kelly Songy Nelsongy Saturday morning, Jimmy and I found ourselves kid-free for a few hours!  Asher went to play with his Nana and Gramps which allowed us to get the house straightened, do laundry, weekly food prep and workout!  I was in our closet changing into my workout clothes when I noticed a box at the top of our closet.  I call this box my “one day maybe” box.  With pregnancy and then now post baby, I’ve gained and lost 59 pounds, so I have a box of clothes that one day maybe I’ll fit back into.
