Hello again! We’re back with another round of the best health & fitness articles from last week. There’s nothing that gets me more fired up and motivated than meeting new people that have great stories about their overcoming adversity to achieve something amazing. Sometimes the story is heartbreaking, but there’s always a silver lining. They show just how truly indomitable the human spirit is and that anything is possible. The fire in their messages is truly exciting. It’s infectious.
Dream big, act small is my new mantra. What do I mean by it? I’m glad you asked. I’ve talked to thousands of people over the last 8 years as a Coach and I keep hearing how hard it is for them to hit their goals. Whether it’s a weight loss, training, or business development goal, it just stays out of their reach or they lose steam along the way. Naturally, my first question for them after hearing this is, “Well, what’s your goal?” and it’s some pie in the sky goal like losing 100 pounds, making a million dollars by 30, or owning a Ferrari.
So, it’s no secret that I’m focused on using video to help grow my business since it’s super powerful. I’m all over YouTube and what I’ve learned in the past year has helped it just blow up with subscribers and views. I’ve gotten into Periscope and it’s been absolutely killing it for getting my business in front of new eyes and keeping it in front of my current followers.
