When Sam Bryant Jr. turned 44, he was having personal issues at home with his marriage. He started going to the gym to deal with these issues as a form of therapy and found a very supportive group of individuals there to help him work through these problems he was having. 26 years later at age 70, he’s still a bodybuilder and competing in the same tier as his competitors that are over 40 years younger.
