Every day I get a message in my inbox or via my Facebook page or something like and and it sounds something kind of like this. “Jimmy, I’ve been watching you for a long time. I’ve watched your weight loss, I’ve watched you take off a hundred pounds, completely change your life, and keep it off for over ten years. You know I’ve been watching really consistently and I’m really inspired by you and I’m ready to change my life. I want to get started.”
Making the Choice to Change Your Mindset
