Hey everyone! I wanted to take a moment to share this Periscope I did over the weekend because making time for your rest days is just as important as putting in the work in the gym. If you’re depriving your body of valuable rest time, you’re sabotaging your growth and weight loss goals. Listen to your body. If it’s telling you to rest, shut it down and take it easy. There’s no shame in it. You’ll feel so much better after resting that you’ll be able to jump right back in with both feet the next day. Trust me, it’s worth it.

Are You Willing to Fail?
You have to be willing to fail in order to succeed. If you never push yourself beyond your limits, you’ll never find out what’s possible. Growth only occurs when you go beyond your limits and push that bar just a little bit further out, even if it’s only one or two reps further. Never stop pushing.
