If you’re depriving your body of valuable rest time, you’re sabotaging your growth and weight loss goals. Listen to your body. If it’s telling you to rest, shut it down and take it easy. There’s no shame in it. You’ll feel so much better after resting that you’ll be able to jump right back in with both feet the next day. Trust me, it’s worth it.
